Digital Photography Usage License

All digital photographs available for download are sold with a single-use license.

What you can do

After purchase, you may use the downloaded photograph for your personal or commercial projects, including:

• your websites and social media;

• your publications and communication materials;

• your presentations and documents;

• your graphic designs;

• your prints and physical media.

The photograph must be used in its original state.

Modification and retouching prohibited

Any modification of the photograph is prohibited, including:

• retouching or correction of the image;

• cropping or changing the format;

• modification of colors, contrasts, or brightness;

• adding or removing elements;

• filters or graphic effects;

• photomontage or transformation of the image.

The photograph must be reproduced in its entirety and without alteration.

Author Credit

Any use of the photograph must be accompanied by the credit:

When possible, this credit should be placed near the photograph. On the internet, it can also be accompanied by a link to the photographer's website.

What is not permitted

The original photograph may not be:

• resold or transferred to a third party as a digital file;

• redistributed or offered for free download;

• integrated into an image bank or similar service;

• used to create a new image bank;

• presented as a photograph of which you are the author.

The purchase of a photograph does not constitute a transfer of copyright.

Copyright

The photographs remain the property of their author. Copyright and intellectual property rights remain reserved.

The purchase only grants a right to use the photograph in accordance with these conditions.
